加拿大卡尔加里大学Richard Wan教授学术报告通知

　　应工程技术学院徐能雄教授和张彬副教授的邀请，加拿大卡尔加里大学Richard Wan教授将来我校进行学术交流，并做学术报告。

       题目：Rock anisotropy and hydraulic fracturing numerical modelling

Richard Wan教授简介：加拿大卡尔加里大学土木工程系教授。1983 年本科毕业于法国里昂大学，1990 年博士毕业于加拿大阿尔伯塔大学，师从 N. R. Morgenstern 教授及 Dave Chan 教授。在有限元、离散元数值计算方法及多物理场耦合方面具有很高的学术造诣。在 Journal of the Mechanics and Physics of Solids, Physical Review E, Int. J. Numerical and Analytical Methods in Geomechanics, Geotechnique, Computers and Geotechnics, Canadian Geotechnical Journal 等力学及岩土数值计算顶级期刊上发表论文100 余篇。现任 Computers and Geotechnics，Geomechanics for Energy and the Environment，Underground Space 编委。曾任 Canadian Geotechnical Journal 副主编，2009-2017 任国际土力学与岩土工程协会副主席。
